Floss Band Directions
- Tightly wrap the floss around a muscle or joint that is hurting you. Wrap it tight, but not tourniquet tight.
- Start from the top and overlap each layer.
- Tuck a loop of slack under one of the layers to keep it in place.
- Start your timer set for 1-2 minutes
- Begin gently working the muscle or joint. Put it through lightweight exercises to get the blood pumped out of it.
- After the timer goes off, unwrap the floss band to restore circulation.
- Gently use that muscle or joint. It should feel like it has more mobility and range of motion. The pain level should also have gone down.
NOTE: Never use the floss band on your neck or torso.
